Upon,
The purple tainted rock
aside the hill,
The wind
toys blissfully with my rigid hair,
As the stars
emerge,
The silhouette
of her face forms,
My heart
Sinks
Deeper than anything
In existence,
It aches,
The rocks façade
turns dark,
As the tide moves forth
ferociously
The lightening bolts
Strike
Each sounding
Like a scream
Her face shows resentment
Reflected in the stars
I halted. Set in stone
The rocks
exterior goes darker,
more sinister
The sirens pursue,
Once again
I stand
I turn to the stars,
My evil glance could freeze water.
The stars disappear
I look at the rock, it’s gone
The voices approached,
I took off,
I ran
These eyes switch off
momentarily,
As I choke
on the remains
of her hair
at the back of my throat…
The daunting man,
fades,
into the darkness,
again.
