Could that be your problem?
Freeola numbers take you to a completely different place to SR numbers. Well, just different people!
SR deal with the games and know nothing about the Freeola stuff and vice versa.
You may get a reply in that forum if they alert someone like Bob or Candyflo$$, they may come and help you.
But look at how often staff check that forum anyway, you're better off emailing them.

Yeah, your telephone line is. Your computer is not. You still have to "dial up" but that takes bout a second.
