SRW…is back, and better than ever. Just a couple of months the quality of our product was going down and many of our best writers had left. We lacked creativity, matches, promos, backstage segments, feuds and good, reliable writers. A few people, namely DW and Jericho15, put extraordinary effort in to keep us afloat and they succeeded, until I decided it was time for a break. Well, I can’t do much until my GCSEs are over, so volunteers for the next few Eclipse’s and the next PPV are needed, but there is great news. Cong Man and RM18, two of our most valuable members are back, and we also have a new member in Lipe who certainly seems to have some wrestling knowledge. The legend Shaneo is also available to write, which means we now have: Ant, Jericho15, Kiriyama (Shaneo), Cong Man, RM18, DW (possibly), Grandprix, AfroJoe, Figo and LL Cool TT (possibly) available to write. We also have the rest of our loyal participants such as Random Hero and Hercules who will hopefully be willing to do the odd promo and backstage segment. New members are also extremely welcome, even if they don’t wanna write.

SRW is back with an action-packed card to satisfy your wrestling needs! After a break for a couple of months the grapplers of Special Reserve Wrestling are ready to go again, and what a bout to start off, a 4-way hardcore match! Batista (Figo) has looked like an unstoppable Hardcore Champion, but recently he’s been involved in a massive feud with Parental Advisory – especially Anarchy (DW)! Anarchy has specially requested a no.1 contenders match because he wants to get his hands on the Champ, but he’ll have to get through the debuting Sean O’Haire (Lipe), former Hardcore champion Rhyno (Random Hero), and the man who is returning to his hardcore roots – The Jackal (RM18.)
Hawk (AfroJoe) has been at the top of the CAW tree ever since capturing the CAW World Title back in that amazing 6-Man Elimination Hell In A Cell match, and since then he’s defeated people such as Havoc (Hercules) and his nemesis Scotty Dogg (Figo) in several World Title matches. Can anyone defeat him? Well, Commissioner Reaver (Ant), who no doubt wants his first shot at Hawk himself, will reveal his plans to decide the next no.1 contender this week.
In the continuing feud between The Hardcore Revolution and Parental Advisory, the newest members of each faction will battle each-other in singles competition when John Cena (AfroJoe) takes on The Hurricane (RM18). With their fellow faction members at ringside, sparks could fly here.
Stone Edge (Jericho15) is another man who has been on a great run as of late – winning the Cruiserweight Title many months ago in a Gauntlet match, he’s beaten people like RawIsAndy (Starlight), Christian (Grandprix) and even the legendary Cong Man in a ladder match to regain the belt. Because of this, Reaver (Ant) has given him the opportunity to decide his own future, so what will he have to say about his fellow Cruisers, and who will challenge him next?
One of the most popular wrestlers in SRW today, Scotty Dogg (Figo), is back in the hunt for the CAW Title, and what a boost it would be to defeat Havoc (Hercules) this week in singles action. It’ll be interesting to see Scotty’s speed and versatility go against Havoc’s amazing strength and power, and winning this match will no doubt increase their chances of another shot at CAW World Champion Hawk (AfroJoe).
In a match carried over from our last PPV, Chris Jericho (Figo) of the bWo faces former SRW Champion Chris Benoit (Grandprix.) With SRW back it was no surprise that the bWo followed in their ongoing quest to take over SRW, and it could all begin this week…RVD (AfroJoe) is already the SRW Champion, what would happen if Jericho (Figo) went on an amazing run and became the new no.1 contender? Chris Benoit (Grandprix) will be looking to stop the bWo in it’s tracks, but with LL Cool TT, Steve Corino (LL Cool TT), Stevie Richards and possibly RVD (AfroJoe) at ringside, this could prove extremely difficult.
SRW World Champion RVD (AfroJoe) will of course also be in action this week, and this could be his toughest challenge yet, as he takes on SRW Euro-Continental Champion Brock Lesnar (DW) in a non-title bout. This is an opportunity for RVD to prove his dominance, and for Lesnar to show that he is easily worthy of a title shot. We also know that people like HHH (Ant) will be lurking in the back, eager for shot at the EC Title…will any potential challengers for these two huge titles make their presence known in this match?
Ever since the creation of the CAW Division The Elements and Da Animalz Of Doom have been huge, and I mean HUGE, rivals. Reaver (Ant) and The Cong Man have had many legendary battles, including the classic “Loser-leaves-SRW” Cage match. Fortunately, neither man had to leave, and their feud has been ongoing, Cong Man having the best of their recent matches. However, with Hawk (AfroJoe) going through a certain change in character and feuding with fellow Animalz member Scotty, he and Cong Man have struggled together recently, and have failed to recapture the form that won them the Tag Team Titles many months ago. In contrast, Reaver (Ant) and Jetster have been brilliant – just a couple of months ago they were both SRW and CAW Tag Team Champions, and looked totally unbeatable until The System Fighters came along. Since losing the titles they have also been on a bad run, so this match is a chance for both teams to get back on track, and it’s sure to be a fiery occasion considering the history these two teams have.
And finally, the SRW Tag Team Titles are on the line as Grandprix and The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) defend together for the first time. Grandprix has been teaming with different people recently ever since Reaver (Ant) injured The Trist (MikeAll), but now he’s back and ready to go. They face the on-form duo of Team Angle (DW and Hercules), in what is set to be a brutal steel cage match!
