CURRENT PLAN: SUNDAY 22nd MARCH. GAME: MARIO KART WII? CANCELLED

We always seem to talk about getting everyone together for a game night but never seem to get around to doing them.

In order to change that, perhaps we can have a more concerted effort. Obviously, things like Xbox Live, PSN and Wii can accomodate playing games together and if we could organise times when we might be available, then we could decide on a game to play and have a good evening.

We could expand our horizons by perhaps playing a game that we've never played before. Emulators are available for the older games and we could maybe play a single player game together at the same time and relate our experiences.

It may only be for an hour or 2 but it'll be fun. We could help each other get achievements if you have games that requires multiplayer help (for instance, Halo 3 campaign) and also we could have week long challenges on games like we did with Mario Kart Wii when that came out.

If you want to post times you are CERTAIN that you will be available, feel free. It would be nice to get something started up.

Okay, I think we've agreed to Mario Kart Wii. Now we just need to agree on a time. Someone throw a time out there and let's start debating. :)

I'll have to find my code again. I've spoken to Vee and she might join in

I second a Wii event as my 360 has finally completely died. It's only a few months old :(

I think seeing as it's the first one and would like to get something going, I'd suggest Mario Kart on the Wii.

If the 360/PS3 users want to decide on an event, they can do.

It might be an idea to pick a game.
I've got to find a new Blockbusters to rent from as mine has just closed down.

I'm good for a Wii/360 online event any time from the 21st :)

You have to be careful with some of them. Sonic and Mario isn't a fully online game, you can only upload your records. Bomberman might be one for the future and I'd imagine Smackdown Vs Raw could be a laugh if everyone created their own wrestler.
