It's called erectile tissue actually. But isn't an orgasm basically the muscle contractions that propel ejaculate?

Mens' Health found a study that showed (for the same group of subjects) the average to be about 6 1/2 in when measured by the man, 5 1/2 measured by a doctor...

Maybe true, to draw the seemingly obvious conclusion from that you have to assume that the blokes were able to remain fully excited whilst being half naked in front of their doctors...
