This may be unoriginal, but I am one to not care too much. There are often multiple people we want to vote for, but in the end we can only vote for one person. So here you can give the potential runners for notable a rating out of 10, 10 being most deserving of notable status.

The only thing wrong with your list pb is the fact that a few people on there could be voted notable and wouldnt even know about it.
