Help me, they say i need to buy something and they will ask me to join i do but a error screen comes up instead. HELP!

Everything seems to work OK.

We have been having a few glitches where everything seems very slow for about ten minutes at a time.

I have to go now, but please try again and leave a message on here to tell me if you get through it OK.
