I just shut my cat's paw in the front door! She couldn't decide whether to go out or not, but then made a dash for it as I was shutting the door! She hissed and everything, then ran up the stairs. She's been terrified today because of the wacky weather we've been having - the last things she needs is her master breaking he legs!

We have double sliding patio doors (2 of them). Our cats are usually let in through one but very rarely the other. One of the cats (Sydney a ginger tom) usually starts to leap through the door as I open it, a while back he was rubbing on the door that we don’t let them in often (he stands on his hind legs and rubs the door, then bangs if he is ignored. It’s sweet if he’s not doing to you bedroom window at 4am). So anyway, I went to let him in, but the door was a little stiff. Clong! That is the sound a ginger cat’s head makes as it hits a patio door.
I've closed doors on my cat's tail. She's never very amused by it. I also banged her head on the kitchen table as I picked her up once. Poor cat has been through a lot...
