Cardiff are a goal up, but after having beaten the Welsh twice, already, in the league, this season, I can see Danny Wilson's "Robins" grabbing a goal-or-two infront of the Ashton Gate-'faithful'.
Robert Earnshaw can score over 30 goals in one-season...
But like Ruud van Nistelrooy, he surely won't be able to compete with the likes of Scott Murray and Christian Roberts, on good form! :D
If I didn't know too-many "Gas-Heads", I'd probably be going tonight to watch this game, live. ...And also get severely injured in the trouble that's bound to plague the city, afterwards - IF we were to lose the game, and miss-out on Promotion, yet again!
There's ALWAYS trouble when City and Cardiff fans meet!
They're almost up there with Millwall fans, ranked as some of the worst!
C'mon City! It's now or never!!
We've come this far, and can't mess-up now, after finishing only a few points away from an automatic promotion place!
Before the match, I didn't know who I wanted to win - if even anyone!
Cardiff knocked us out, but QPR are managed by that former-Gas-Head, Ian Holloway... So, I decided it would be worst to see a Gas-Head succeed where the true pride-of-Bristol had failed! :)
If we'd have met QPR in the Semi's, we'd have been the ones, there, on Sunday!
And what's up with Robert Earnshaw?
I know he plays for Wales and everything, but I've seen him in a Brazil shirt, and after thinking about it, he does look rather Brazillian....
What is he - some kind of Welsh-Brazillian?!?
BLUEBIRDS!!
Oh yes I was there and the place simply erupted when Andy Campbell scored with 5 minutes left in extra time. I've never hugged so many men I didn't know in my life.
My ears are still ringing, my throat is hoarse and my head pounding; but you wont find a happier man...
Even more-so because we didn't even score - not even on home soil!! :'(
Looks like another year in the Second Division, then!
"Maybe next season..." - that phrase just gets older, year-after-year!!
What's worse is that we were ONLY about 3-points-away from Automatic Promotion -- the same gap that Rovers were from dropping-out of the Football League, I believe, also! ;D
AND we've already beaten Cardiff this season -- TWICE, aswell!
We've earnt it, but yet again, didn't get it.
Football can be a bloody cruel game, most of the time!!
Picked up my tickets for the millennium stadium playoff today.
BLUEBIRDS!
I'm glad to see it was another playoff year and another loss
To be honest though, i wanted you to beat cardiff
Just to see Holloway's face in the final going mental
Oh well, time for the same old phrase
"There's always next year" ;)
Wasn't Cardiff's keeper involved in riots at Euro 2000?
Bunch of thugs.
Wouldn't like to see what it's like when there's a stack of them.
