Go through all the tutorials and you'll soon be able to master Frontpage.

Just click on Basic HTML at the top of the list on the left to learn the basics of webdesign.

If you want to make logos for sites you might want to try getting hold of a free graphics package, I cant really think of any good ones right now though so maybe someone else can help you with that.

If you're really serious about it though, get down the shops and buy Adobe Photoshop 7. Personally I only have version 6 but its a mint program and you can produce some great graphics using it. Im not exactly great with it but heres an example of something I've just made:

Adobe? I got PSP7 from Kazaa and apparently it's from Jasc

PSP is Paint Shop Pro, and last time I checked it was free so I don't know why you kazaa'd it.

Although knowing Jasc it probably isn't any more.

30 day trial is free. Full version's quite expensive.

Well, $100. Expensive enough, but not a touch on Photoshop which is $600 new.
