i want to start learning how to make proffesional web designs or logos, where should i start? any help appretiated

I Kazaa'd PSP7 because I knew I could download it off their site, but I thought it'd be easier (and probably cheaper) to use Kazaa, and it probably was. Got PSP7 and Animation Shop 3

I'll keep this in mind i'm hoping to learn a bit of new stuff on my own including using dreamweaver properly (again)

Well, $100. Expensive enough, but not a touch on Photoshop which is $600 new.

PSP is Paint Shop Pro, and last time I checked it was free so I don't know why you kazaa'd it.

Although knowing Jasc it probably isn't any more.
