I was wondering if anyone here had been doing the Standard Grade maths exam yesterday and what they thought of it. Anyone else doing exams anywhere, please post.

I'm sitting Credit History. I got a 2 in the prelim.
I've been FORCED to take Int. 1 Match! INT. 1!!!!! Ces't Terrible! (Just practicing 4 my French on Wednesday)

This is what I think I'll get:

ENGLISH - 1
MATHS - 5
FRENCH - 3
MUSIC - 1/2
BIOLIGY - 4
GEOGRAPHY - 4
COMPUTING - 4
HISTORY - 2

In 5th year I'm taking Higher English History and Music. Int 2 French, and Int 1 Maths unfortunatly!

I'm not taking maths in 5th year because I absolutely despise it due to the fact that I can't do it. I'll have to take it up again in 6th year though at Int 2 level if I want to get into University...It's not fair I tells ya! :'(

Yeah, I sat Foundation and General. Foundation was EASY!!! I thought General was hard though. You know the one with the plane? If that actually was landing wouldn't it crash into Glasgow Airport?
My next exams on Moday. History, AAGGH!! I was off today though....

If you want a really good Revison site for Standard Grade try Bitesize

I did the Standard Grade Maths exam yesterday but I only sat the Foundation and General. I was supposed to be sitting the General and Credit but we did a second prelim about a month before the Standard Grades started and I I didn't revise and got a 4/4. Anyway the Foundation exam I sat was the single easiest thing you will ever see in your life and the General was reasonably easy but I couldn't do the second last question on the General Calculator paper. The one about the plane and what height it was? I started attempting the Cosine rule after working out all the angles lol. Oh well, I probably got a 3/3 , 3/4 or some crap like that.
