Sites that 'lock you in', i.e. you cannot return to the previous page by clicking 'back' on your browser. So you're stuck on their site and have to manually type in a URL to get away from it.

So when you click "Back", you're just going back to the browser-detect page, and it redirects you, erm, back to the one you were on already.
Agreed - the quick double click, or the dropdown net to the Back button, are the ways around this.
Meantime, I've changed the way my site starts up, so it doesnt do a redirect any more.
Except that you can always right-click the title bar and do a close window from there.
