robocop 1 was great
robocop 2 was reasonable
robocop 3 was a huge steaming pile of garbage.

BTW my personal fave trilogy would have to be either

evil dead trilogy
die hard trilogy
indiana jones trilogy
back to the future trilogy

ED1 was trying to be pure horror, ED2 was half horror half comedy (best one if you ask me), and ED3 was pure comedy

Did Jim Carrey just rip off Bruce Campbells overacting? there's a similarity there.....
