I'm working on a new website to upload to my domain,
http://dtn-netro.netfirms.com

I want to make the bit behind where it says welcome to DMP (the bit above the writing) change colour when the cursor goes over it,
how do you do this using frontpage?

you COULD use a RollOver script or DHTML, but just using either an embedded stylesheet or a .css does the same thing and is universally compatible with all major browsers....

i know i always favour stylesheets....

I have used FrontPage... once you know what you're doing it's okay, but you can't really do anything complex without going into the code anyway... I now have DreamWeaver... much better.

Erm... anyway, are you talking about doing a rollover image...?

You haven't designed that site. It's a template from another site.

What do you want it to do?

!?!?

Design your own stuff, using templates like that just make you look incompetant. Even if it's basic, you don't want all these advertising links over your site.

Write your sites in a half decent editor. Like notepad.

www.google.com

Just look at this example.

Stick the:

bit in the head and you can then designate colours for links.

Wonderful...
