I think Steven Fry would make a good front man.
I think William Hague might also be hosting it, but what I have posted are all rumours I have heard and have little or no proof.
If charlotte church does it i may well sue the BBC for my licence money back and blow it on coke and prostitutes deayton stylee. Unfortunately 100 won't get you very far!
