Off the top of my head the only 4 songs that have given me the goosebumpas, every time I listen to them are the Titanic theme tune - Celine Dion, an arabic song, It's Too Late by The Streets and strangely enough.. the new one from Craig David; Rise and Fall ft. Sting.
I'm sure there must be at least one song, whether it be for sentimental reason and just because the lyrics are plain amazing.
What are yours?

I love that song. Have you heard the Gary Jules version?
Smashing Pumpkins - Tonight, Tonight (the first verse is so good)
Its piano melody is enchanting.

This song reminds me of the way my ex treated me because she just shut me out of her life.
Seeing the Crows live when they did Goodnight Elisabeth did something for me, also the first time I saw them and they just strolled out and kicked into Round Here, that was special.
Other songs that do something for me for personal reasons are...
Manics - Australia
Avril Lavigne - I'm With You (go on, laugh :P)
Cranberries - Zombie
Dashboard Confessionals - Hands Down
Gemma Hayes - Back Of My Hand (her whole album rules actually, go and get it)
Matchbox 20 - Time After Time
There's loads more, I like to connect songs to certain people or events, so whenever I hear most of the songs I love, they remind me of something special that's happened to me.

Don't you mean 'I don't wanna miss a thing'
If so, me too
The whole CD gives me goosebumps
1. Aerosmith - I miss you babe
2. American Hifi - Flavor of the Week
3. Toploader - (can't remember the song)
And there are some others but my memory has gone today...
