I think the sequel could be a disappontment.
They've either got to stay really close to the original, or go in a completely different direction. There can be no in-betweens. NONE.

Suprising very good and very funny as well
Would like to see a sequel although i can't help but feel it will ruin the atmosphere of the first.

Its one of my favorite films of all time.
Saw it near its Japanese release and have seen it many times since. I am a great fan of Fukasaku and was upset when he passed away.
Hopefully his brother can do Battle Royale 2 justice.
