The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
In fact it used to have (Archive) by it in brackets, so it was seen as somewhere you could post the really great stories, after they'd been read in other forums.
Is the (archive) still there?
I just don't know....
> So what's the story forum for if everyone just puts stories in here?
It has no purpose whatsoever.
I take it that you weren't around when this forum was created?
In the time before time, when this forum was but a hair follicle on Snuggly's nipple, topics on life shared space in the sports forum. As such these topics did not flourish.
It was a time in which the Chat forum had started to fill up with the mindless, and the movies forum had just been discovered by some of the tri-toed.
We needed somewhere new to sow our creative oats, and this forum was it, and indeed, for me, still is it.
So I'll post anything remotely creative in here, simply because this is where my target audience will be.

That's not entirely true.
The post count in the Game idea's and retro games forum went up, yet still it was the same few that posted there.
If you put fictional stories in this forum that relate to an aspect of life, I see no problem with it.
> Didn't goatboy post something saying, "Don't post crappy stupid
> immature little two worded topics in the life forum?"
Possibly.
> Plus nobody ever ventures into the story forum.
Are you not getting any of this? If you put all your stories in the story forum, it would have more posts so more people would visit it and reply.
Plus nobody ever ventures into the story forum.
