First impressions of MW3 MP are reasonably good, it's fast, smooth and totally lag free. Other than that it's same old really, think I actually still prefer Black Op's though.

@GhostKiller

I would have raged at him. Although, I think Zelda has a lot of room to improve on, I am more about single player than multiplayer. A COD campaign has nothing on a Zelda adventure, even if that isn't a fair comparison.

According to computer&videogames.com the golden remote has wiimotionplus built into it, so it should be all you need to play it.

I've never bought a battlefield game and the last time I bought cod was the original one on the ps2. I got quite far, but then it started to glitch like crazy when I drove a tank in the campaign. I had COD 4:MW free with my PS3 and I thought the campaign was immersive. Unfortunately, I haven't got an internet connection set up for any of my consoles so I've never played COD online >.<

I think before I get Modern Warfare 3 there are some other voices convincing me I need Once Upon a Monster instead.

Maybe one for the Christmas list!

I totally agree GK ... like life, perhaps :¬D

But in his case ... he's 24, ex-RAF Regiment, first child due in April '12 ... I think he needs 'stress relief' :¬)

Went to my nearby store for a midnight release last night as my mate was picking it up and wanted company. Figured why not.

We were in the queue and someone started handing out copies asking if we wanted Xbox or PS3. When he got to me and I said "Oh not for me thanks" he looked at me like I was insane and said "What?! But this is Call of Duty! Which one?" Tried explaining I couldn't afford it and wanted to get Zelda next week instead but he wasn't having any of it, telling me Zelda is for kids. Grrr! I even saw him handing a copy to someone who couldn't have been over 12 later on!

Call me crazy but while I think Modern Warfare 3 will be good fun its just lost the wow factor and isn't a must have for me any more. While I'd love to be able to give it a shot there's other things I'd rather try first.

Not so good here ... MW3 wise ... #2 son rang this morning and had no delivery by Play! Pre-ordered in June, confirmation of dispatch last Friday. He rang Play and no, won't be delivered until tomorrow!!! So, he kicked off, and they are now promising him a special delivery by 5pm today ... we shall wait and see :¬)
