Yeah the TV series really surprised me. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Just got back from it pete. Way too many matrix scenes for my liking and "Left hook, deflected off my elbow, crack to the ribs" etc. etc. scenes as well.
Enjoyed two lines from the film:
"Queen takes Knight pawn",
and the part where Moriarty goes on about how the countries will inevitably start a war amongst themselves, and he suddenly says "I like Switzerland".
Not as good as the first, but watchable.
EDIT: Oh and Stephen Fry sucked in it. Make of that what you will.

Hope everyone is enjoying the festive season. Went to see Sherlock Holmes 2 the other day, it was alright if a bit overlong and just a touch homoerotic in places.
I'm just about alive - despite having spent the day going around London reading dead peoples' post when the sales were on. Whilst this meant the National Archives was quiet, Victoria Station at 6 this evening was like a 90-a-side rugby match with shopping and escalators.
Incidentally, I'm watching some American Top Gear that's actually good - messing around with pickups in Alaska. At least, it's been pretty good so far. Scripted to silly perfection!
