You have to pay extra tax on 2 'b's together but 3 'g's can give you some tax breaks.

Haha, nice one GP :¬D I'm sure I can find some EU garbage (2 'g's and 1 'b') to substantiate this.

@DL, that's mental, it seems the worlds gone mad (well Europe anyway). My mate went to a Health & Safety course at work (he works in an office) and one question they had to tackle was about changing a fluorescent tube in the workplace (they generally stand on a desk BTW). By the end of the course they had mini scaffolding erected (step ladders could tip over), cones with flashing lights on them to warn other office staff of the potential hazard, half the floor evacuated etc. etc. What happened the first time a tube blew?, someone stood on their desk and swapped it!

EU regulations seem to be .. 'the b all and the end all' in determining or should I say 'protecting' but no I mean 'cocooning' our lives.
I'm actually surprised at your mate's tale ... someone should have been 'trained, certified and duly designated' as Fluorescent Tube Changer within his workplace :¬) Of course, the designated person's choice of equipment required to change 'said appliance' would also be subject to gaining appropriate certification in use of appropriate equipment i.e. desk. An extremely difficult and high-powered course that one pete ... subject to at least another 30,000 words of legislation.

The main point however is to 'safe guard the employee'...b*ll*cks, it's to 'safe guard the rights of the employer' so that their backs are covered if 'designated tube changer' falls off desk ;¬)

Quick question; would you shop on a site whose owner is a known racist or BNP member (surely one is the same as the other)? I only ask because I have used Shopto on occassion and now won't.

Is there actually any truth in that though?, I've seen it mentioned on forums in the past but never backed up by any kind of proof (actually seen mods on other forums removing comments about it). Saying that I've also read on forums that Richard Gere shoves hamsters up his bum, so if we are to boycott shopto.net then perhaps we should refrain from watching any of his films as well?
