Game-Old-Fashioned-Out-of-Touch thread?
Not a problem ... it keeps things ticking over pb!
With the share price dipping under 1p per share today, I'd be surprised if they lasted the week.
Quite a few articles mention the rent bill:
"It could be forced into administration if it fails to pay their quarterly rent bill which is due in a fortnight "
So I would assume they will last for a fortnight at least, unless there are other factors to be taken into consideration.
With the share price dipping under 1p per share today, I'd be surprised if they lasted the week, let alone until the first of those games comes out.
Shares for store credit, anyone?
Had a chance to buy shares when I worked for them, glad I didn't opt in for that now...
Probably be giving them away free with cornflakes next week!

Anyone with credit for Game or Gamestation or points on their card should really use them in the next few days.
I've been saving my GAME credit for games this year like Darksiders 2, The Last Guardian, Guild Wars 2 and Quantum Conundrum. I would be gutted if my credit became worthless as I have enough to get them all. Even if they were to survive they probably wouldn't stock them anyway.

You could always find the most expensive items that are worth the most to trade in elsewhere or sell on ebay and get the cash. It'll be less than the credit but it's better than having worthless credit.
even if another company take them over, it'll be post-administration and they most likely won't keep the same credit system.
Good Morning all.
Another Monday. How do they come around so quickly? Witchcraft I reckon.
Afternoon all ...
Mondays!
So far I've changed a light bulb twice - wrong wattage, so had to go and seek out a 'true and normal' replacement bulb from within the depths of our local 'got everything from when ever shop'! Washed the patio windows, inside and out. Boiled some potatoes and two eggs for tea later on, (multi-tasking!) in separate pans of course ... I'll be glad when it's Tuesday, too much excitement for me on Mondays ;¬)

Don't really have anything to talk about. Watched Return of the Jedi again an hour ago, have decided I now like Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith more than I like the original trilogy
Oh, Alfonse, you little scamp with your trolling.
Went to see John Carter last night, don't let the poor trailers put you off, it's actually a pretty watchable film. On a related note, 'The Avengers' has been renamed 'Avengers Assemble' over here, in order to not confuse us with the terrible 'Avengers' film of the 90's.
Four in a row pb? Will be marking you down as a spammer soon!

Either that, or our planets inability to stop orbiting the Sun 2 of every 7 days.

Damn this planet's orbit.
Of course you could add a minimum post count for the prize each week. That would certainly get people posting, but probably wouldn't be a popular suggestion for those who don't like this whole social communication business.
