I got confirmation today that I'm on the second year of my college course. My tutor told me I've technically passed the course already with the amount of points I've gained in the first year. He expects me to get top marks for the overall course now. Pressure much?

Well, looks like Sports Day is postponed by 2 weeks, so changing holiday plans. On the bright side, I don't have to lug my laptop home tonight now.

Have to say, Re: DL's post, that whilst my post on Euro 2012 turned up straight away, *his* post just before mine didn't appear until this morning...

Anyway, good morning everyone, first weekday since becoming unemployed, in for a fairly boring, or interesting, few months now.

In more positive news, graduation is next week - confirmed to have gotten a 2-i, enough to get me onto my PhD course, so yay for that.

Lots to sort out at work today. Tomorrow is school Sports Day so it's off to see the kids run in the afternoon (assuming this weather doesn't put a stop to it).

Been out all day with my parents. Went surprisingly well. Watched the football after and that went unsurprisingly very well too.

Phew.

Yeah, dog gets 3 long walks a day. BBQ however is not on.
