You've been unlucky. It really depends on the store and staff.
There was a time I liked them. These days it's just like like any other store, cold, impersonal and (in the case of my hometown) dark and cramped. If they're not going to offer a decent, knowledgeable service I might as well just order online.

I never really got the angry birds thing, had a go of it a few times, but didn't see the attraction of it at all
Neither did I ... completed the original on 'mi phone' but the 'attraction' totally died after that ... what with all the free add-ons etc etc as well.

Apple TV is now wired in to my sound system so I can use Netflix in 5.1 now and watch my iTunes content with it as well.
I just hope they can get my credit right and don't lose it before the Wii U comes out.
