I think you misunderstood Smedders, it's a tendon by my knee that's stretched, it's pb who had a problem with his foot :-P
It is a nightmare not being able to move though where ever on your lower half you injure!

Excellent, I've only ever sprained my ankle and been hobbling for a few days and that was bad enough!

Cheers Machie, just a bit of bruising round the knee from the fall now, but I can hobble about, so it's not as bad as yesterday.

Eventful day today. Was ice skating in the morning, returned after lunch to skate round a few times before falling on the ice awkwardly and being carried off. Went to the local A & E. Apparently just stretched a tendon, but can't put any weight on my left leg.
So basically, I get to be lazy for a reason. Listening to Iron Maiden on the way back from A & E is a great way to spend a Friday though!
