...checking 1471 on my landline today, I was told that at 12.58 yesterday I received a call from my own landline number! How is that possible?
Sounds like someone has sent a text message to your landline.
In other news I see Freeola are recruiting if anyone should be up for it: Web Designer
[s]Hmmm...[/s] Had a nice walk out this morning and about to watch snooker now.
Had a glorious walk with granddaughter this morning and off out again soon ... lovely weather :¬)
Slight conundrum though ... I was in Sheffield yesterday, but on checking 1471 on my landline today, I was told that at 12.58 yesterday I received a call from my own landline number! How is that possible?
Lovely day here, off out to run a few errands in a minute.
Why is Thursday always so full of meetings? Never mind. I expect it'll make the day go faster (but means less time to get on with 'proper' work.
Another week started to-day with granddaughter, all day. It was an extended visit as her mum's car had developed brake problems, so I'd had a few words with my local garage and they worked on it ... now sorted and fixed at a 'friend's price' :¬)
However, it gave me the chance to give my granddaughter her tea and then, an hour later, watch her devour half my pizza, whilest sat on my lap, before we took her home :¬D
... though they call it \'dressing\' the road, which probably means just sticking chips down and waiting for something to happen.
It certainly does ... just check your windscreen cover!
Ironically I\'m now going to complain that my new job is 8.30am to 7pm and I wish I was dead
You're not still with Boots then I take it.
Got back from Sheffield last night as I managed to bag myself some more tickets for the snooker so I've been staying with a friend up there.
Beautiful day here, blue skies and sunny and lovely and warm in the sun.
Roadworks all the way in to school today, lovely. It makes the school run so much nicer when you're stuck in a big queue of traffic. Still, at least their doing something with our road, though they call it 'dressing' the road, which probably means just sticking chips down and waiting for something to happen.
