Got my coffee and cereal, so I'm ready to face the rest of the day now....possibly!
Horrible head cold now, though, but could be worse, I suppose.
Beautiful day here, got some gardening done and I've got my cast off now but my hand's really sore now it's not supported so got to be careful!
Another one of those 'just caught the bus before it left' days.
Bread was stale this morning, though, so will have to buy a cheap sandwich for lunch.

Ive been with Freeola before and the customer service is excellent, but I\\\'d like a completely uncapped service, really, especially if it\\\'s going to be FTTC, due to everything heading towards digital and both my kids plus my wife using internet based stuff.
I\'m not saying anything, but perhaps you didn\'t ask before ;¬)
I haven't asked at all with regards to FTTC as it only just become available. I shall, however, enquire tomorrow.

This is why there is no way to go other than FTTC now.

Trying to sort out my Broadband, too. The email has come through confirming Sky\'s takeover of O2, so I\'m splitting.
FTTC has just been made available in my street, which seems like fortuitous timing.
Glorious weather here too ... 23 degrees and lovely blue sky.
@pb, my son is with O2 and he's just told me that he had a letter about a month ago regarding the 'take-over'.
Since my exchange switched to 21CN and ADSL2+ my Freeola connection speed has been excellent. Checked about 5 mins ago:
Download 18.97 Mbps and Upload 0.95 Mbps
Can't grumble with those figures :¬)
Freeola also offered me, at change over, FTTC but their price was out of my monthly range at the moment.
Been out with my youngest in the park this morning, making the most of the weather.

With everything going digital (Netflix, PS+ giving me at least 28GB downloads a month, iOS and Android, iTunes, XBLA games, iPlayer) and probably double that in November with the release of the next generation of consoles, my Internet speed is becoming a priority and 1.5-2Mbps is now too slow.
Already had to change my phone line back to BT so Sky couldn't take it over, but need to sort out my Internet.
