All big companies seem to have a rough deal on Trust Pilot and other sites. I suppose its going to be those who are either really angry or really impressed that will bother to write something anyway. TalkTalk looks even worse, Orange and Virgin too. Even Freeola has one good and one bad review.
Fair point pb, even these legends seem to have got a rough deal on there...
Oh I am quite aware that these sites (and user submitted reviews of most kinds) should be taken with a large pinch of salt, however in the cases of some companies mentioned they will have been slated for good reason (Orange are the second worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, second only to Tiscali).
BTW the negative Freeola review appears to have been submitted by one Mikkel of Copenhagen...? :S
Mind you, the rate we're going we won't have a full sunny day!
Busy rest of the week for me. Tonight is a governors' meeting, tomorrow I have to take my eldest to drama and wait around for her, Thursday is her school play in the evening and Friday there's a work outing which I'm still in two minds about attending.
We don't have a lawn.
We've got a relatively nice sized back garden, but it's all decking and stones (I'm sure a few of you remember the pictures from a few years back). Having no entrance to the garden save through our house, having a lawn wouldn't be that practical.
I remember the pictures pb. Never mind you can always post about painting the decking and washing/polishing the stones ... that'd be unique :¬)

Wanted to cut it his morning but it's way too wet, ah well it'll have to wait a bit longer!
Managed to cut the lawn before the rain forecast for this afternoon. Becoming cloudy now after a glorious but cold start to the day.
Lovely day here.
Now just how badly do I want to watch MotoGP next year...

"So bad, that it became hilarious to deal with them! "
That's after my own heart, I wrote a letter to the Chairman of a Multi-national company some years ago now, written in a similar vein and I managed to see the earth move, people jump and compensation flood in.
