Sitting on a bench near the main road waiting for my wife and kids to get here. Was hoping to be home earlier, but it seems I couldn't escape work, even on my birthday.
It's far too sunny for me. I definitely prefer the winter, I just can't see the attraction of the sticky, sweaty sun.

The temperature has risen after mid-day for the last few days and has remained until the early hours of the next day.
The good news is that this 'anomaly' will be with us for a good while yet!
