Just about to say the same.

Our first born was 9 hours labour/natural birth and our second was 2hrs and 20 minutes labour/natural birth.

Granddaughter was 12 hours labour/natural birth.

No, there's a lot of stuff they took from that which is true, the same as the wisdom inherent in many old cultures, like the Native Americans, that is mostly sadly lost today.
