Strange that - I only remembered this morning (while trying, without enthusiasm, to crawl out from under the quilt) that we used to have an 'ankle bitter' type heater in the old house. Trouble is I think we threw it away when we moved. Borrow is a good idea though :)
Hopefully a quiet week in the office, boss out Thursday & Friday, the auditors are back for half a day today to wrap up, so it is all looking good.
Oh it is so nice to be in a lovely warm office. I've only had central heating for 3 years but I'm now so soft without it that I want to cry when at home.
Plumber sent me a text to say part will be with him Thursday and to let me know how much it has cost me. Only problem is he goes skiing soon and I'm sure it's Thursday when he goes as well :(
Hmmm... I'm a little worried that he's not going to do the work until he gets back.
Still I'm off to a nice warm pub tonight instead.
Nothing changes...
I give up, i'll have to get some sleep this afternoon.
Last night i was talking to someone on msn about what would happen if my pc broke down or i decided to sell it (As i have been considering) and they replied that, knowing my luck it would probably break the following night. Now obviously i'm here and my pc isn't broken but something does appear to be wrong with it. 3 times in the last hour the electrics have failed in my room, shortly after turning on my pc.
So for those who i talk to on msn, apologies if i'm not around for a while.
Now lets see if this posts or has my connection died again
SUCCESS!
Finished my exams today, dont have to go near the place for 2 lovely weeks!
