Oh the joys of looking at computers and finding out people have installed MSN and Yahoo Messenger when they're explicitly told not to, plus they've all signed an agreement to not fiddle around with anything.
Just installed some spy software so should be having an interesting conversation with someone next week or earlier :)
Didn't do too well on the poker front yesterday, played twice and came well outta the money each time :(
Boredom set in early today, at this rate i'll be taking any job just to keep my sanity. :(
How's everyone else?
Not a good start to the day. The end of the road I use to get to work has been closed for 2 weeks. The traffic on the diversion was horrendous, consequently I was late this morning :(
Plus I spent 3 hours yesterday trying to install Visual Basic.NET. It's a horrible program to install so I gave up. I'll have to call someone in because I don't want to mess around with my computer settings. I was going to use it for an assignment I need to hand in next Monday so instead I sent an email to the uni complaining that, even though I am level 3, I should not have to learn how to use a software program from scratch just to produce 9 screen shots.
I could do to make like an ostrich for a week or two.
I read an article here: http://cars.msn.co.uk/carnews/news7feb06/ which caught my eye.
I just read this on Ananova, how strange is that o_0

A US teenager who saved the life of a 'stranger' was shocked to find it was a nurse who did the same for him in 1999.
Kevin Stephan, 17, of Buffalo, New York state, rushed to perform the Heimlich manoeuvre when he saw Penny Brown choking on her lunch.
He did not recognise Ms Brown as the off duty nurse who got his heart beating again after a bat hit him in the chest during a baseball game, reports the Buffalo News.
But Kevin's mother, who was in the restaurant where Kevin performed his good deed, knew exactly who it was.
"Oh, my goodness," Lorraine Stephan told her. "You saved my son's life seven years ago, and now he's saved yours."
Kevin added: "Wow. I couldn't believe it! Everyone I have told is like: "No way." They're in total disbelief.
"It's one of those things you can't explain. It was meant to happen. I'm Catholic, and I believe the Lord kind of set things up. They say things happen for a reason, and nothing is a coincidence."
Brown, an intensive-care nurse at Buffalo General Hospital, said she can't think too long about the two incidents "without being freaked" by it.
"It's almost impossible to believe, but I'm very appreciative of what occurred," she said. "One good turn deserves another."
