Perhaps you need a change of diet, all those twix are giving you a sugar rush and you're losing your buzz throughout the day. The headache is most likely caused by the kids :)
I seem to just feel really bad and at my worst on a night time, at the minute im feeling ok apart from this major annoying headache which i cant shift. No matter what i do. :P
I just woke up :( okay today will be the day I get my website finish, no more procrastinating for me
