At the moment, they're keeping me happy by letting me get experience in the role which I want to be promoted to, which should put me in a good position to secure that role permanently, should it become available.
But if nothing has become available within the next sixth months, then I'll try to find the same role elsewhere.
My main cause of frustration has been that I've been knocked back when I've asked to several training courses or qualifications which would put me in an even stronger position for said role, but I've been told I can't do the course until I'm doing that role. But come September I'm doing one anyway, paying for it myself and not telling work I've done it until I've got the qualification, or I've got a job elsewhere. If they won't help me, I'll 'show initiative'.

I got that phone call and seems like i get all the forms to do as there computers are down :S Typical, loads of forms and an appt on the 7th, gees what fun.

Yeah me too, but I don't think it'd stop me. I don't think things through when things get on top of me. Has landed me in strife in the past.

Yeah Sundays are worst of the lot, though I always seem to have trouble with it. Usually end up having the TV on which sometimes helps. Think it's my sub-conscious telling me that I need to pull my finger out and do something more constructive with my life. Or it could just be the excessive boozing .... :D
