Agree with Ferguson's attitude but there is no manager better. Bene and Wenger do the same as far as I can see, maybe not to the extreme's but meh.
And I'm actually annoyed by your comments there Chris. How you can realise the history being so young I'll never know :P And let's not forget that yes Liverpool were massive back in their day, they spent big then too.............always seem to forget this though. Maybe it's the northern air?
The dirty secret is, the best team always has spent money to improve the squad. Always have. Even back to the Nott Forst days. Chelsea and (lately) Man City have spent more at points, but there is more to winning the league than that.
And my opinion on diving is mixed at best, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man U and Arsenal. They are all as bad as each other. Drogba is bad at most times I always admit, but he went through his major season (when he topped the scorers chart) with not diving at all, and no one stopped moaning, so now he seems to have gone back to falling over :( But it Torres any better?

I did see the game on the shelf in GAME and was tempted, but I don't really have the money. Will probably bring some trade ins tomorrow to get it if there are copies left.

Spot on. It's difficult to admit the guy's ability when he's such an arrogant, angry, hypocrtical

Being a Chelsea fan I'm tired of hearing comments like that. Nothing ever mentioned bout Terry's heart, and the English back bone that we built our 2 season titles on. The cash was nice, but we have not spent big for 3 years.
And any proper football fan would respect Ferguson. I don't see how you cannot. The man is proven. Simple as. I may not like him, but I respect his ability.
