Afternoon.

It's been pretty busy so haven't been on here that much, but it looks like neither has anyone else!

Hope everyone is well and Happy Birthday to Dav, too!

Quite possibly pb, but around here it does seem to be a 'sign of the times' as financial 'purses' tend to tighten and businesses large and small are slipping into 'administration'. The 'kids' in question seem to be those that want to finish with education at 16 but can't and those that have, who have an apprenticeship, but can't be bothered ........................

Evening all (of us few) ;¬)

Since the start of half-term last Friday, around here that is, we've had a daily incident of unacceptable behaviour! Keying of vehicles during the day and during the evening and unsociable behaviour towards pedestrians during the day by groups of 12-14 and 15 -17 year olds. This is a large village and people know people, so what is happening in this country today?

Hello all.

Been a bit quiet on here recently.

I've been pretty busy, myself, so can only think that it's the same for others, too. Not much to encourage anyone new to the forums, these days, though, so it's only 3 or 4 of us on here anyway.

About says it all pb! We have tried, but as you say, time just seems to be busy at the moment ...

Works dinner and you're waiting for a bus! Man it's a Tuesday evening ... got to change that pb and you need a taxi thrown in :¬D

We had a lunch today, too. Not often we have visitors from my bosses group so she's allowed us the lunch. Mind you, thought I wouldn't make it this morning. Burger by the wife 18 minutes before my bus was due after sleeping through 2 alarms! Just about got to the bus still.

Left the Yard early today to take new granddaughter for her 2 week hearing test. Little Princess never flinched, took it in her stride and passed with flying colours :¬) Strange thing, her next one isn't until she's at school aged 5!

Yeah. Though one can be requested if there's a need.
