One last piece of advice:
Everyone with an iphone should get Cut The Rope. It's 59p and it's great fun. Similar vein to Angry Birds in that it's addictive, has a star score to aim for on each level and more levels are being added, among other things.

back to work after long weekend in Blackpool.
Picked up a parcel on the way to work this morning. It seems I've been sent some signed Nintendo game covers courtesy of GAME. Name on the envelope is wrong but the address is mine. NOt sure who signed them though, can't read the scribbles.

Not sure at the moment, we're still in the 30-day consultancy period, so won't find out the details until that is done with. Under the terms of my contract, they have to give me a weeks notice for every year I've been with the company (up to a maximum of 12 weeks), so I'm entitled to seven weeks notice. The redundancy package, as a finger in the air, will be somewhere between £6k and £8k

Bulking up Alfonse? I've had friends that had to do something similar (or less plus a load of protein shakes) when they wanted to build core muscle, or just look less gangly.
Luckily, my build and metabolism is of the type where I don't have to worry about piling the food in if I wanted to get into that seriously :)

I've started a 3500 calorie a day diet today. It's ridiculous.
Wouldn't go that far. Although flattery will get you everywhere, I don't want whispers about favourites to start up again :D

Only because they are very minor changes that would have taken you or me 1.5 minutes (that's how long it took) I have done them.
In future the content submitted should be in the usual format, and any changes needed will be done by you though.
