What amuses me is how fickle people are when it comes to gaming...when Wii came out there was lots of crap about how motion controls are a gimmick. Now Sony have copied and Microsoft have adapted Sony's Eye-Toy so that they have their own versions of motion controls, it's the best revolution in gaming!
I haven't bothered with Kinect yet and no doubt that when sales start to dip, the price will drop enough to tempt me. But if I'm reading it right that it costs £35 per unit to make, and they sell it for a lot lot more than that, I'm in no rush to buy it right now.
Not to mention I've got enough to play at the moment with Goldeneye (although no where near as good as the original N64 for split-screen multiplayer), Halo Reach, Mario Kart Wii and the Ace Attorney games.
Heh. I didn't even notice at the time. Rule 1 with Kinect - place it so you're not near any furniture (or, it seems, curtains).
I've seen plenty of Youtube vids now for people breaking lights, tables and each other playing Kinect. It's like Wii breakages all over again...
Yeh you'd think people would learn from that. Obviously some people are just really thick.

There sure are some scary people out there on YouTube pb!
oh, wait I've just realised...
[s]Hmmm...[/s]I thought that too and I knew from the start. :D
Why on Earth would you want to punch your own curtain?

[s]Hmmm...[/s] @hmmm... Yep, everything. Already running the Twitter
@Chris - it just seems so mad that people can be so blinkered to everything around them, they just get told what to think.
I take it you are also taking over their Twitter account?
[s]Hmmm...[/s] @twitter Unless I can get more staff working for me I doubt we'll compete against the big rivals though, but we're doing pretty well to be recognised by some of the big developers.
