I've just finished my last assignment for the year, which is a bit scary! The year has gone by so quickly....Hope all is well with everyone else.

Got an incredibly bad flu tonight. Lovely!

Ooooh so many people doing this secret Santa. Im going for that next year.

Im still with no heating. Impressed? NO!!!! Kids are freezing, cant use the cooker, no hot water. :-( Was told i might not even get seen today.

Hey, was out all day today in the thick snow we got this morning. Got there on time with about 5 of us. Hours later i gave my present to a friend as i was their secret santa that only just showed up. I then found out my secret santa wasn't coming down because it was cold. Only 2 people didn't turn up so me and my best mate didn't get a gift. Except we were all freezing because she decided not to tell anyone. Honestly some people get on my nerves.

Im out non stop. Plus still no heating. Bloke from national grid decided to get me out of bed this morning @ 1:30am... wouldnt have minded if he actually fixed it. However he couldnt see becasue it was dark. Managed to change a battery in the box and then couldnt reset it. So i got the... WIll call again tomorrow i cant give a time though...

If it starts to thaw for Sunday I'm off to my parents with the kids in tow, other than that it looks as if we'll be staying inside from tomorrow onwards!

Aww your poor dog Tez! I thought it was bad with my little one being covered, but a labradour is quite impressive. I have to go into University later today (we don't finish until Thursday), not looking forward to the journey at all!

Still not in the Christmas mood. Will be spending the day itself with the dog, and can't get to my Dad's in time for Boxing Day. So that will have to be re-arranged. Still have lots of DVD's and video games to catch up on though, so I guess that will keep me occupied! Hmm..which one to begin with?

Hope no-one elses travel plans are messed up too!

I'm supposed to be going to going to work at 4.30pm tonight. Honestly though, I don't think I will. If this snow starts freezing on top; and gets dark along with it; I could end up getting trapped. It's just not worth it.

As for how deep it is today, I'm not entirely sure; but my Labrador dog went out this morning and her legs were not visible at all. Just this damn head popping out of the snow!

Decided to go to work.

This involves walking for half an hour in ice and snow covered roads to get to the nearest bus that is still running. Now if the council had gritted side roads as well...

At least I can get a few more presents after work.
