Every time I see someone on the bus reading the Daily Mail a little piece of me dies. Latest top banner headline is certainly no surprise by the far right wing scaremongers.
Slight change of plans due to the weather today. Popped up to the golf range for a quick game of their crazy golf. Bagged a hole in one but my wife and daughter forgot to clap. Charming.
Bit quiet today, everyone busy?
I'm going to have to go around and bleed the radiators today, it's getting too cold to leave them off any longer and even the dogs are getting wrapped up in blankets to keep warm!

Morning, schools are off for a couple of weeks ago took 2 days holiday from work. On the way to Edinburgh at the moment.
Enjoy!
It's dark but I'm up.
Youngest is going on a school trip for a week, should make the house a little quieter.

Hope you have an enjoyable evening pb. Have you heard anything from Machie recently?
Not in a while, unfortunately.

Morning.
Carnival tonight. A few hours of standing by a roadside in the cold looking at loud colourful vehicles. It's surprisingly fun...

Had a great day, birthday's now are no different from 'normal' days! Granddaughter came this afternoon after school...lovely treat :¬) She started 'big school' late August part-time, but now she's full-time at 4 1/2! She was so excited that she was going to a 'school disco' at 5.45pm this evening. She loves school and has had some great reviews from her teachers ... best birthday present ever :¬)
I remember 'my excitement' when in the early years at school ... not a school disco but 'Benskin's Bullets'! Mrs Benskin was the 'cook' and her peas had both NATO and the SAS interested in them for armour piercing ammunition! The excitement came from trying to guess on which day we had them for dinner-time!
