I'm on clinic week this week, meaning no lectures or labs (although as I got home I heard an optional lab may be being held tomorrow at 9am...).

Right, best get on with writing the blog. I'm also writing for Optician Magazine (after they've read my blog) and now the Association of Optometrists want me to have my blog embedded into their site. It's just finding the time to write them all!

seems like I'm the only one from my dept putting themselves forward to the Focus Group election. It will be interesting to see how many of my colleagues vote for me. Apparently the others don't seem to have time to be involved in the group. Funny, they certainly seem to have plenty of time to moan that things don't work as they should do but don't have time to try and resolve the issues.
