Just a few more posts until the 1000th page and 40,000th post. I'll be at the airport tomorrow night, so I'll probably miss it.

No problem mate, glad to help.Sorry to hear you have gone to the dark side though! :)

Bah, the dark side would've won had the death star been designed properly, and I consider the PS3 to be a completed death star :)

Morning guys, yeah HF's right Chris 160GB PS3's were sub £200 at quite a couple of places last week although most (online anyway) now seem to have put their prices back up?

Here's one option though:

PS3 160 GB @ PC World

Pete mate, you're an absolute life saver! My dad agreed to lend me the money whilst I try and sell on the Xbox. Actually slightly cheaper than the one I was originally going to buy! Thanks a bunch pete :)

*EDIT* Thanks to HF aswell!

Did that last month. Don't go for those Gamestation or Game deals though, get the trade in price at CEX (if you have one nearby) and ask Gamestation to match that, it's usually much more than the part-ex 'deal'.

Worst case scenario: you can always change your mind, keep the credit and wait for the NGP later in the year, which should be (hopefully) Backward Compatible with PSP and, from what everyone is saying, Sony learnt from their mistakes with the PSP and this will be a big success.

Nearest Cex is Edinburgh which is 45 miles or so away. I'd not trade in anyway, I've got 20 games in total on it and it looks like I could get £120 - £135 on Ebay. Also need to find out how much Asda are selling the 3DS in store as I've got a 10% discount.

Thanks for the test link Hmmm. I gave all my websites IPv6 addresses, but I'm not sure if it'll do much.

I'm not sure what you mean by that?

Morning. I have a day of dealing with ISP customer service desks ahead of me, which is always a physically painful experience. Especially TalkTalk! AGH!

Wow! - can you say that here? ;¬)

Mentioning the appalling customer support of anything powered by The Carphone Warehouse should be most definitely be allowed on here.

Morning,

getting more and more tempted to sell the PSP Go and get a 3DS but I'm not sure why exactly. There isn't much in the launch games selection that interest me. Why can I never be content with what I have when it comes to handhelds?

What's freeola.com's IPv6 number? I want to memorise it incase I forget the URL.

freeola.com is all you need to remember!
There won't be an IPv6 'only' site for years/ever.

More importantly you need to ensure your ISP (I don't believe you are with Freeola) have their IPv6 plans sorted!

Try running this test: Test IPv6

Via Freeola I'm getting 10/10 "for your IPv4 stability and readiness, when publishers offer both IPv4 and IPv6".

Not so good for IPv6 only - but from what I've read the London 'resolvers' (DNS) are due to be updated any time now.

If I'm talking out of my backside, hopefully Freeola will correct me :¬)

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Second to none...
So far the services you provide are second to none. Keep up the good work.
