I've been playing the FIFA 11 demo for about 2 hours :P Really should've sorted out a HDMI cable, the graphics are like a PS2. Got the proper version of FIFA 11 tomorrow, and should have a HDMI cable by the weekend.

PSN is Crizzle11. Think I've already got McLong added.

Will have to add you (pb-live).

I'll send you a request now pb :) Just about to try Killzone 3 demo.

Oh well done! Did they have anything worth buying?...On the other hand, Im having awful time finding a copy of "Trinity: Souls of Zill Oll" which I fancied, but neither GAME nor Gamestation seem to be stocking it. Another Folklore, I think, lol

They had quite a lot, but nothing too spectacular. The one that stood out for me though was Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. Basically the normal ones that are already low priced, but the shock of seeing them there was just the same!

Argh! Please don't remind me how long it took me to find Folklore. Though it was such a great feeling to see and buy it when I eventually did. Oh I'm sort interested in Trinity too.(Too many games in "interested" list) I saw it once instore, but that was before I wanted to buy it. When I went back, there were no more left. We should race!

What Spectrum game was it you bought? Had quite a few Spectrum tapes and my Spectrum still works.

On a more positive note: I just came back from town, where I found a charity shop selling both PS3/Xbox360 games. Was quite shocked, but yay for bargains! Hope everyone is having a good day.

Oh well done! Did they have anything worth buying? I was actually lucky the other day and got a boxed, sealed Spectrum game from a charity shop for £1.50. A good for my growing retro collection.

Hi all!

Manic day today so far. It's Open Day at my University and I was somehow included in the student council help team. Was nice to see so many people wanting to join. Though it's also sad that a lot of our courses in September will not be running because of cuts.

Come to think of it I also have a painting T shirt and cap (for doing ceilings) as well as a lovely pair of gardening pants.

I have a painting t-shirt too. And an old pair of Nike Air trainers I use. I never used to bother about the footwear until the time I was painting my flat and I stepped off the chair right onto the rim of the paint tin. I ended up painting the floor blood red and spent 4 hours in casualty.

I do not have gardening pants though. I need to sort that out ASAP.
