From what i hear it's more LA Confidential meets Pheonix Wright with a hint of open world, but not really GTA at all.

But nearly everyone rates it highly.

No-one got LA Noire yet? I wanted to hear some opinions before I consider picking up a copy. If it's more GTA than Heavy Rain then I won't bother, Red Dead Redemption got boring fairly quickly.

MW2 played pretty well, it was actually quite a bangtidy laptop, and the GPU was pretty solid. It's just new games that require a decent processor that I couldn't play. Sucked a bit.

The monitor's probably where I'll spend the most money so I'll leave it till last. I played the Medal of Honor Beta but didn't really enjoy it to be honest, they took BFBC2 and MW2, combined them and somehow made a mediocre game.

I'm not sure about MW3 either. I don't really want to support a publisher like Activision anymore, though I might retract that statement when Diablo 3 comes out. Amirite

Not sure about Duke Nukem either, I'll have a look at the reviews when it comes out.

Thanks for the link pb. Downloading Alpha Protocol! Some great games, tempted to download Condemned as well. The Club looks bad, and I've already got Medieval Total War 2. Anyone who hasn't definitely should. Brilliant graphics and a lot harder than the likes of Rome Total War.

Ooo thanks, when this rig is finally finished I'll play the sega racing game.
