And so, as yet another day draws to an end in Freeoladale, we leave pb hankering after stew and answering his own questions and HiddenWingz remarking on the velocity of August and its apparent 'chilly' nature ... a very quiet day in Freeoladale ;¬)
It doesn't matter, cos we're all faaaaamily, innit.
Really cold at work today, no heating as of yet, since the building's central heating system doesn't get activated until October I don't think. Spent what is to me ridiculous amounts of money over the last 7 days, over £6000 on the car, insurance and the like. Pretty expensive stuff.
Just trying to get through my backlog of games, and actually attempting to stick at it, especially with the older stuff. Platinum'd WWE Smackdown! vs. RAW 2011 yesterday, and managed to Platinum/100% The Saboteur today, so that's a small dent into the completionist pile.
At least it broke up the day a bit. Couldn't trade in my games in the end, though, too many people around. Maybe tomorrow.
Star Wars Blu-ray coming out in two weeks. Guess I should really get the cash for my games to pay for it rather than trading for more games at the moment. Really need to complete a few games I already own anyway. Star Wars should take priority though.
First day back in the office since before India. Was a struggle getting up, so I'm an hour later than I'd normally be.
Where did Sky+ come in the list? I'm not even sure it counts as a gadget, but it truly is genius and I HATE whenever I don't have it!
It was classed under PVR rather than Sky+
