So how is everyone on 9th day of Christmas?
Good start to the year ... rain!

What kind of company won't fix their own mistakes without scheduling a separate job? Absolutely ludicrous, completely barmy, and truly poor customer care.
Tried to tell us that our cables were "never connected", so apparently I've had MAGIC BROADBAND for the past two years. He obviously let the MAGIC BROADBAND out of the cabinet when he opened it, so I've got to wait for a MAGIC BROADBAND engineer to stuff some more in there.
what I want to call them, I can't 'cos this is a family forum...

I was just talking with my mother yesterday about how easy it is to find poor customer service but that is a belter. I once had a Virgin Media help desk person claim my router was fine and it was the network adapter of every device in the house that was broken. I did ask what the odds were of them all failing on the same day.

That stinks chas!
You've obviously been paying for MAGIC BROADBAND with MAGIC GOLDDUST and BT are having 'an issue' with harvesting MAGIC GOLDDUST!
Man, I'd be ballistic by now and Mrs DL may have been sent to a corner by now, as I would have been considered to be in a 'state of flux' :¬D
It's still classed as 'a working day' tmoz ... phone call time and give them some hammer ... "What you waiting for ... Christmas!!!"
Don't worry ... ... be happy ... I'll say it for you ... W##KERS

Now I have to wait until next Tuesday for an engineer 'cos the one that was here "won't touch it without a job number" despite us pointing out that he HAD touched it without a job number in order to disconnect it.
NOT HAPPY!
