I have just been watching a item on the news, it was about councils cracking down on people taking mobile phones into swimming pools because paedophiles may be using phone cameras to take pictures of children whilst they swim.

Local officials have stated deep concern, as cameras become more compact and the possibility of taking pictures or short videos of unaware children in public places such as pools increases.

Im usually awake until about 1:30am, then the boredom drives me to bed, but listening to music has staved off the boredom.

To be honest as long as they arent following the kiddies to the changing room and ramshackling them, there isnt any harm done.

I say a big UP YOURS to mobile phone cameras - I don't want to have to pay for a bloody camera in my phone, nor do I want to pay for it to be compatible. But I'm forced to, as phone manufacturers fall over each other in their scramble to release cameraphones, as it's the only possible advertisable use for their lucrative new MMS service.

Instead I want a phone that can double as an mp3 player, as the idea of having a tiny music player in my pocket at all times is actually rather appealing. My choice is limited to the aging (and probably impossible to get hold of) Siemens SL-45 or one of the extremely expensive top of the range phones that come with all sorts of other expensive, useless gadgets.
