Just wondering what good sites are available which review hardware, as I am upgrading my PC in the summer and want to get an idea of what mobo will be best etc.

Yeah. The 900 is just the same but bigger. I prefer the AX-7 because the SLK series uses wires to attatch larger fans, so I can't just screw a 120mm alu adaptor into it.

SLK-800 looks pretty good. Will probably get one.

If you tight on money go for the XP2400.

I have one of those Coolermaster HHC-001 all copper jobbies, which makes very little sound at all. I can't tell how good it is at cooling as I don't think my motherboard reports its temperatures properly (it reckons the inside of my case is 40 degrees when it's cold to the touch). Also its extremely easy to fit and unfit as it has a very swanky catch. Little differences.

I want everything to be stable and cool, plus I dont want to break a £100 mobo. I suppose that if I could over clock it and it stayed at a low temp and stable then I might. At the moment my computer crashes when its hot, I keep it very cool because of this and I can now leave it on all day with out crashing. This has made me paranoid with temperatures so when I upgrade I will be looking to keep my machine cool.

Any one recommend a good CPU heatsink? I want a good one that will easily cool a XP2400, also quite a silent fan on it as well. Also looking into getting a XP2600 instead of the XP2400 as its got the increased FSB and 83mhz faster. Is it worth the extra money than the XP2400 ?
