None of that Bob the Builder ****, just the old skool stuff. Which cartoons do you look back at with a fondness only reserved for a loved one or a very large ice cream with all the trimmings? Me and my friends used to discuss this on the college bus and I thought I'd bring it here. I won't tell you all the ones we remember but I'll give you three to start off with:
Fireman Sam - Worshipped like a god ( then I found out he was Welsh:D )
Postman Pat - was like Fireman Sam in some ways. But not in others.
Fraggle Rock - LEGENDARY.

Thundercats, Transformer, Captain Bucky O'hare, Visionaries (sp), Dogtanian and Ghostbusters. Need I say more on all these greats that I grew up with. Also there was Beavis and Butthead, not a chidhood cartoon for most but for me it was along with The Tick, X-Men and Spiderman. All watched from Chidhood to present (Those I can find anyway).

Anyone remember Button Moon? I'm not sure if it was on tv because I only ever remember seeing it on video. But I must've watched it 100+ times..

I was hoping someone would mention Thundercats. I used to have many videos of all the greatest old skool cartoons (Thundercats included) but my dad threw 'em away. And people wonder why there are so many broken homes these days:D I've got a Transformers toy that I've never seen on eBay. Could it be rare?!?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was always a favourite of mine. Always brings back young memories of watching it in the morning with my mum and a bowl of porridge :D
